Every year two children are offered up to the capitol to compete in the Hunger Games. A fight to the death, where only one victor remains. This year, a mere three months before the reaping and all is calm in the districts. This year the year of the 70th Hunger Games appears to be just like any other. What the districts do not know.....cannot hurt them. Right?
